1. Returns & Refunds Overview
Our primary resolution for unsatisfactory items is a return for a replacement or store credit. We do not offer a “refund only” option for returned items. Once a valid return is received and inspected, you will be issued a store credit or a replacement item, at your discretion. This policy is in place to uphold our commitment to quality and sustainability, reducing unnecessary waste and ensuring our products continue to serve travelers effectively.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- 30-Day Window: The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Original Condition: The item must be unused, in the same pristine condition as when you received it, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on the product page.
- Any product where the original packaging seal has been broken or is missing (e.g., hygienic seals on toiletry containers).

3. Return Process: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Initiate a Return Request.

Provide your order number and reason for the return. An RMA number and detailed return instructions will be issued. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Step 2: Package and Ship the Item.
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Step 3: Our Inspection and Resolution.
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-10 business days), our team will notify you of the status via email.
- If Approved: You will be given a choice between:
- Store Credit: A credit code for the full value of the returned item(s) (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your account for future purchases on www.aerodealstravel.com.
- Replacement: We will ship out a replacement for the defective or incorrect item at no additional cost.
- If Declined: If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be shipped back to you at your expense, and no credit or replacement will be issued.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Shipping Costs and Fees
- Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any store credit calculation if the entire order is returned.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
6. Refunds (Limited Scope)
As stated, we do not process refunds to the original payment method for standard change-of-mind returns. Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:
- A duplicate charge was processed in error.
- We are unable to replace a proven defective item.
- The product is recalled for safety reasons.
If a monetary refund is approved under these exceptions, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days after approval.
7. Store Credit Details
Store credits:
- Do not expire.
- Are issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
- Can be used for future purchases on www.aerodealstravel.com.
- Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Will be emailed to the address associated with the original order upon return approval.
8. Exchanges
We do not facilitate direct “exchanges.” To get a different product, you may follow the standard return process to receive store credit and then place a new order for the desired item using the issued credit.
9. International Returns
Customers returning items from outside Canada are responsible for:
- All shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with the return shipment.
- Ensuring the completed customs declaration form clearly states “RETURNED GOODS” and includes the RMA number to avoid additional import taxes.
