1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
2. Shipping Methods, Timeframes & Costs
We offer several shipping options to destinations within Canada, the United States, and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date your order is shipped (not the date of purchase), and do not include order processing time.
A. Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-10 business days. Costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days. Higher flat rate fee applied.
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over €50.00.
B. International Shipping (To the United States & Other Countries)
International orders are subject to customs processing and potential import duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
- International Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
- Priority International Shipping: For faster delivery, available to select countries. Delivers in 5-9 business days. Premium rates apply.

3. Shipping Restrictions & Unavailable Areas
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to logistical constraints, export restrictions, or geopolitical circumstances, we may be unable to ship to certain regions. 4. Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
- For domestic orders, tracking is typically available within 24 hours of shipment.
- For international orders, tracking updates may take 2-5 business days to activate as the package enters the destination country’s postal network.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment/suite numbers, postal codes). We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipping will require a new payment for shipping fees.
- We can ship to P.O. Boxes via standard postal services. Expedited or courier services requiring a signature may not be available for P.O. Box deliveries.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international shipments:
- AeroDeals Travel Inc. is NOT responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Payment of these charges is necessary for the release of your package from customs. Please contact your local customs office for information on potential fees specific to your country.
- We are required by law to declare the accurate value and nature of the contents on customs forms. We cannot under-declare values or mark items as “gifts” to avoid taxes.
7. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, occasional delays are possible due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: adverse weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, customs holdups, global health crises, or logistical network disruptions (“Force Majeure” events). We will communicate any widespread known delays on our website and do our best to keep customers informed.
8. Undeliverable & Lost Packages
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a carrier attempts delivery but is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to sign), they will typically leave a notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling.
- Unclaimed Packages: Packages that are unclaimed and returned to us will be treated as a return. You will be issued store credit for the merchandise value, minus any initial and return shipping costs.
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., 15 business days for domestic, 30 for international) after the expected delivery date, please contact us at interestatic@aerodealstravel.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will, at your discretion, ship a replacement item or issue store credit.

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. The policy effective at the time of your order will apply to that shipment.
