1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to AeroDeals Travel Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, www.aerodealstravel.com (the “Site”), and all related content, services, features, and products offered by AeroDeals Travel Inc. (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, or using our Site or Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Our Services & Eligibility
AeroDeals Travel Inc. is an e-commerce platform specializing in premium travel essentials, including but not limited to collapsible water cups, luggage tags, passport covers, toiletry bags, organizers, chargers, and other travel-related accessories. We design our products for durability, functionality, and seamless journeys.
To use our Site and Services, you must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or if a minor, you have received permission from your parent or guardian. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
b) Maintain and promptly update your account information.
c) Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
d) Notify us immediately at interestatic@aerodealstravel.com of any security breach or unauthorized use.
e) Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not use a false identity or impersonate any person or entity. We reserve the right to disable any account at any time for conduct we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
4. Ordering, Pricing & Payment Terms
a) Product Descriptions & Availability: We strive to display product colors, features, specifications, and availability as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your screen’s display is perfectly accurate. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit sales, discontinue products, and correct errors in pricing or descriptions without prior notice.
b) Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, GST/HST, VAT, or other taxes or duties associated with your purchase.
c) Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. Your order is only accepted when we send you a shipment confirmation email.
d) Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
5. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. You agree to provide a valid, deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for any delays in shipment or delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs clearance, inclement weather, or acts of God. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
All purchases are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy. Please review it carefully, as it outlines our policy of not offering “refund only” for change-of-mind returns and details the process for store credit or replacement. Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Warranty claims are subject to verification and must comply with our returns process.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site, Services, and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) are owned by AeroDeals Travel Inc., its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
a) Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site.

e) Use our trademarks (including “AeroDeals Travel,” “Pack Smart, Explore More”) or logos without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site or Services:
a) For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
b) To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
c) To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate.
d) To submit false or misleading information.
e) To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
f) To collect or track the personal information of others.
g) For any obscene or immoral purpose.
h) To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your access and may expose you to legal liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AERO DEALS TRAVEL INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY OR ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AeroDeals Travel Inc. and its licensees, licensors, directors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site’s content other than as expressly authorized, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and AeroDeals Travel Inc. regarding the Site and Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
